Can support help me recover a wallet?

No. ALUMNI Interactive cannot recover private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords. We can only help with public information, documentation, network setup, token imports, and Gateway-related guidance.

Can I request a custom onchain build?

Yes. Use the build request page or email support with a short description of the product, token, membership system, dashboard, or wallet-connected experience you want to create.

Is wALUMNI the same as ALUMNI L1?

wALUMNI is the Robinhood Chain representation of ALUMNI. The ALUMNI L1 is the broader blockchain infrastructure connected to the ALUMNI Interactive ecosystem.
